About Us

The Kalra Group of Companies started business in technical rubber industry in 1984 by the name of RAVASCO TRANSMISSION AND PACKING PRIVATE LIMITED. This Mumbai, Maharashtra (India) based company has become one of the India's largest enterprises hailing in this industry. With the manpower of 500 employees, the Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter produces 8,00,000 sq. meters per anum the Rubber Conveyor Belts, Rubber Sheets, Rubber Flooring, Rubber Mats and other industrial rubber products; sold under brand name - INDUS. For the production of these products, state-of-the-art plant machinery imported from UK, Germany and other countries, are deployed.

In over 25 years of existence, the company has kept to the existing quality traditions as well as applied modern technologies in the production. The Ravasco "Indus" product line completes with European and American analogues.

The company has manufacturing plants in different locations, like Vapi, Silvassa and Achhad, located almost 150 kms. from Mumbai. The combined area of these plants is 1,50,000 sq. meter and their production capacity is over 4,50,000 meters of conveyor belt and 2,50,000 meters of rubber sheet and rubber flooring. Modern machines are utilized for the production of complete range, in support of latest technological developments and updates. The research & development section is handled and managed by expert senior scientist, who provides 24/7 technical service to assist all the processes.

Ravasco acquired a leading manufacturer of Industrial Textile Fabric- M/S Madura Industrial Textiles, Madurai, as a part of development of conveyor belt. This company is relocated at Silvassa, in order to assure quality input and minimize the delivery time.

Quality Policy

The QMS is applicable to designing, development, marketing and manufacturing of conveyor belts, specialty belts, transmission belts, angle belts, special purpose conveyor belts and jointing solutions. The effectiveness of QMS is also continually improved.
